As a kid, I always loved to solve puzzles.

I developed a passion for logic and numbers that led me to complete a Masters degree in Telecommunications Engineering, back in Spain.

In the early days of my career, I improved my analytical skills through developing software solutions for Aerospace. I was good at it, but I was missing something else.

On top of that, I quickly came to the realisation that even if you have the most talented technical individuals, if you don’t work as a cohesive team, the project can be jeopardized.

I then moved to the UK with a Graduate program in Telco to broaden my horizons. After becoming QA Manager and Project Manager, I had that ‘aha’ moment - this is what I care about - coordinate workloads, build teams, bring clarity to the table. I shifted my career to Delivery and Execution.

After a period working in Agile, I became a Technical Program Manager and worked for Google and Meta.

At Meta I was introduced to the Trust & Safety industry. I fell in love with it. Making the world a better place, having social impact at scale in people’s wellbeing across the globe, gave me an immense sense of fulfilment.

I also became more interested in Data Analytics, so I studied Machine Learning in the Imperial College of London. I keep reading articles about AI, regulation and how the world is changing in front of our eyes. I love keep learning new things and become a better person every day.
